Post Sata connection order
Ok just to be sure. Which is the best option? Sata 0--Sata 1
In order of connection on the Sata ports?- ie:-DVD--HDD--and possibly SSD
Does the BIOS have a function for enabling?

The white ones are SATA6 so that's where your SSD should go and nothing else.

Looks like a fun night for you ;)

I got my P8P67 PRO back from ASUS RMA today :) Sadly, my i3 2100 is definitely dead so now I need to RMA that off to Intel.

You need to enable the Marvell chip on the motherboard in order for it to work. And use the dual SATA cable. The one marked 6 GB/S. The Asus board was easier to set up for 6 GB/S than the Gigabyte.
