It would be very cool indeed.

Though I'd suggest the Maximus line instead ;) Would match your case way better!

Or even the Gigabyte boards. Pure black colour scheme.

And make sure you get a 40-60GB SSD for the SSD Caching feature. Should make your HDD quite a bit faster.

STEVE!!! now YOU'RE the one who's going to be pushing ME if you go and get a Sandy system. I've been looking at dumping a bunch of my computer parts so I can convince the Boss I have enough money to get on board the Sandy Bridge platform, along with a GTX580 (albeit a 3GB model ... EVGA 03G-P3-1584-AR GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 3072MB 384-bit GDDR5). Though I like ASUS boards as well, ... I would steer clear of the Maximus IV. It seems to have a number of flaws and too many RMAs for me to be comfortable with. I would go over to XtremeSystems and see what those guys have to say about the board. I'm back in Fairbanks for more therapy and I'm on the Boss's MacBook right now. Not a lot of time to research stuff, but maybe later tonight.

Would your water block work on the new i7 2600k processor?

I've been mostly curious, but now I'm starting to get more serious about Sandy Bridge ...

AK

You would get a 3gb card would'nt you? Just to out do me? ;)

Anyways, I'm considering the Sandy Bridge. I dunno. I'll have to sell my Mobo and cpu. Unless I wanna wait for another couple months. Which I'm having issues with.
Edit: Yep it is....as far as swiftech is concerned.

As far as "Recommending" something, it'd have to be up to Newegg to recognize The Computer Cabin as a reputable reviewer web-site, of which right now, no one in here has done what I would call a first-class web review of a product. Not that anyone in here couldn't do one, we just haven't set up some parameters and a layout. This would be in either JD's or Luke's corner. I mean, as far as setting up some type of base layout and then I would be the editor (of course ;) ), there's no reason why it couldn't be done.

Something to set your goals for, huh Comixion?
