Post need ideas on how to improve mouse tracking
i am not talking about the optical tracking precision.

i am talking about the actual physical smoothness when i move the mouse. i love my Logitech MX518, but my Razer Mamba feels a lot smoother when i move it across the mouse pad, like butter. the MX518 just feels like it's got some brembo brakes locked onto it and it takes a lot more effort to move them. i was wondering if there's any taflon feet that you can buy to stick them on yourself, or any other remedies anyone know of. i know i can't be the only one with this problem. :?:

did a bit of research and ordered some Hyperglide mouse feet to replace the stock ones. i'll let you guys know how they track. the stock feet just takes so much effort during gaming.. my Razer Mamba feels like ICE in comparison.

I have used a Razer Diamondback (original) for the longest time. Then the other day, the cord finally gave up the ghost. Now I need to find a new gaming mouse. I like Razer, but I'm not sure which one would be the best fit for my big ole paw ...

check out the Razer Death Adder for corded.

for wireless, there's nothing out there beats Mamba. trust me, i've tried several top models from Logitech, and multiple razers. the Mamba by far is the most responsive, precise, and easy on the hand.

lol....wearing it out on BF3 I presume?

...and I'm a picking one when it comes to mousepads as well. I also have about 6 sets of replacement feet for my Logitech Performance MX on hand

I love my G5. It went to hell and back and its still working. Had to rewire the wires as they broke from all the wear and tear. I used to have it on the surface of my cheap composite wood desk, but I noticed better tracking control with a mouse pad.
