Post Comixion's new case ...
That's right, kids ... I took a peek into what I believe will be Comixion's new case come fall when he get's his retirement money. Now, all he'll have to do is save for SIX eVGA GTX580's ...

Sadly I don't see much room for watercooling equipment to cool 6 GPUs...

That was Silverstone's TJ12 concept case (prototype, of course ... their still working out the bugs ;) ) and I'm sure there's going to room for W/C JD ... :ugeek:

Not sure but I bet our resident Nvidia Guru could figure out what those other four cards are ...

That MONSTER CPU cooler is also a concept by Silverstone ... notice that it is a passive one !! :o

Those 4 are 480's. They are the only cards that have the external heatpipes. Besides, I can see the casing design. And what's the point of having 4 of them with 2x 580's? Besides, they are not even connected. But I like those silverstone fans.
What Mobo is that? I would also like to know just what PSU is able to power them.

If you were to look very close, there's TWO power supplies ... and the reason the GPUs aren't bridged is because it's a "Concept Case." It doesn't work at all ... :snooty:

I would say only the GTX580 are actually plugged in and "functional". The other cards are just screwed to the case. There is no motherboard that's that long and has such widely spread PCIe slots.

Even if this case sees the light of day, it would likely come with a PCIe riser card of sorts (remember these from the '80s/'90s?) in order to fit all the GPUs.

6 of the hottest/loudest cards on the planet, but I'm sure glad the CPU isn't making any noise.
