Post Aerocool pump + EK Resevoir
So since I have this HD5870 now with a waterblock, and I have 2 Aerocool DP-600 pumps along with a MCR220, I figured I'd assemble another loop to run in my dad's HAF932.

Here's the pump in it's stock form:

I ended up finding this EK reservoir that had suitable mounting holes. However what I didn't realize is that on the EK pump they have a flat face and the inlet size is smaller. As such, the reservoir did not fit at all, even with a fair amount of force ;)

So I proceeded in sanding down the inlet on my pump until it fit. Now it fits quite snugly, which helps to seal it since using the o-ring EK suggests doesn't work as my pump face isn't flat. I also used some gasket maker stuff (used on cars) in between the inlet and reservoir to help make a good seal.

Finally I had to head out to Lowes to get some proper fitting screws (again the EK ones didn't fit) to hold it all together.

So here's the end result:

Bit scuffed up, but you don't really notice it without the flash from the camera. Seems to be leak-free thus far, but I'll let it run overnight to be sure.

I know I should of taken some WIP pictures, but when I'm hacking...erm...modding things I tend to forget.
