Post Thermalright AXP-100
Just picked up a Thermalright AXP-100 for my HTPC, and what I can say, is I approve

I sold a C2Q setup not too long ago, just before I upgraded my HTPC to the A10-6800k setup and was kicking myself for selling a scythe big shuriken with it, which i'd recently purchased. So I pulled out the stock AMD heatsink from my Phenom II X4 955, the nicer heatpipe coolers the higher end AMD's ship with, and have been using that with the cpu downclocked to 3.2ghz

So with the AMD heatsink, and downclock, I was seeing 36C idle, and 58C load according to hwmonitor

Now I've removed the 3.2ghz limit and I'm seeing 35C idle and 55C load, and it's much less audible at full bore

As I said, I approve.

I'll have to post pics later, I took a few of hte installation process, and failed to take any with it actually installed....oops

Fail!
All new HW purchase boastings are required to have images attached at the time of said boasting.
I was forced to google that there thing.
Anyways....I like it. Cool design. I still have not installed my backplate on my 770. Its been sitting on my desk for weeks. As if its gonna cool anything......
